About Blue Print Pizza Co.

The Blue Print Pizza Co commenced trading in 1996 with the opening of its flagship restaurant at Ballybot House, an elegantly converted mill, in the Cornmarket area of Newry City. The company was established with the assistance and expertise of the owner of a successive London Time Out magazine award winning Pizza Restaurant.

With this pedigree its pizzas are legendary. Thin and crispy in style and made from a “secret recipe” dough prepared daily on the premises. The Company name belies a wide and varied menu. In June 2006 Blueprint opened a second restaurant in Stranmillis Village Belfast. Both restaurants are stylish, sophisticated and friendly. The Stranmillis restaurant has the coveted addition of a fully licensed courtyard to the front with covered and heated seating for those who prefer to eat al fresco all year round.

We use only the freshest of ingredients in our food. With the exception of our bakery products, which are carefully sourced locally, all our dishes are prepared from fresh core ingredients on the premises daily. We use extra virgin olive oil in our salads. The same high-grade olive oil is used in the preparation of most of the dishes on our menu.

With healthy eating in mind and especially for those watching the calories we have a number of dishes, which won’t stretch either your budget or your waistband.
